Join Aspirus Wausau as an Oncology RN for a 13-week travel contract in Wisconsin. You will be floating as needed to other areas, caring for surgical and medical oncology patients, with a focus on medication administration, patient monitoring, and charting using Epic EMR and Rovers. The position offers guaranteed 36 hours per week, with the opportunity to work in a team that handles a patient load of 4 to 7 patients per nurse, depending on the shift. The assignment also provides exposure to chemotherapy administration, and requiring adherence to safety protocols like wearing masks during flu season if vaccines are declined. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of oncology nursing experience, a Wisconsin RN license, BLS, and chemotherapy certification.
