Join our team for a 20-week contract as a Medical-Surgical RN in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts on a busy unit with 29 beds, caring for patients with conditions such as orthopedic trauma, vascular issues, urology concerns, neuro-spine surgeries, and oncology cases. You’ll be responsible for titrating drips like heparin and occasionally other medications, managing telemetry monitoring (with tech support), and working alongside nursing assistants and charge nurses. The shift environment requires flexibility, including float coverage to other adult medical/surgical units, and a focus on delivering high-quality nursing care during your dedicated nights. Expect to engage in efficient team collaboration and patient management, with opportunities to hone specialized skills in a fast-paced setting.
