Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the CVICU team for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves covering night shifts with 3 scheduled 12-hour nights per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of CVICU experience, including working with POD 0 Open Hearts, and be proficient with IABP and Impella devices. Responsibilities include providing expert assessment of patient conditions, managing arrhythmias, and coordinating care in a fast-paced environment that demands strong organizational and leadership skills. Current licensure in Texas and certifications in NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS are required. This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant setting, applying your skills to complex patient cases with colleagues who value precision and teamwork.
