The role involves providing care and support in a neonatal intensive care setting, with some exposure to postpartum and Mother-Baby units. You’ll work 12-hour day shifts, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. Cross-training in Postpartum/Mother-Baby units is essential, as floating within scope of practice may be required. Be prepared to demonstrate certifications like BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, STABLE, NRP, and CPI or MAB before starting. The facility may cancel one shift every four weeks.
