Join us as a Med Surg RN on a 13-week night shift adventure in the vibrant city of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. This role offers a perfect blend of clinical responsibility and opportunity to experience the local charm. You’ll work on the 5th and 6th floors, floating between orthopedics, surgical, stroke, cardiac, respiratory, dialysis, and hospice units, with a patient ratio of approximately 1:6. Expect to handle a variety of cases, from surgical recoveries to cardiac care, in a 36-bed facility. The shift runs from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, and a minimum of 1 year of experience is required. You’ll utilize Cerner EMR, don royal blue scrubs, and bring your expertise to a supportive team environment. This assignment emphasizes flexibility with floating requirements and an emphasis on a quick start to your travel journey.
